THE EAR TRAINING & MUSIC THEORY CLUB

Young musicians learn the fundamentals of music, solfege, sight-singing, rhythm & improv.

Weekly by Appointment

PRIVATE MENTORING

Young composers work one-on-one with faculty and guest mentors on their music.

  • Individualized on-line instruction

  • Mentoring from rotating faculty mentors with different specialties

  • The opportunity to work with master teachers (ASMAC & Classical Sax Project)

COMPOSITION

Saturdays 10:00 am - 1:00 pm Pacific

ENGAGING THE ORCHESTRA

Composers work with all the instruments creating pieces for full orchestra. They also take a tour of world music and learn the software and technology to prepare them to be today's composer.

  • Weekly Saturday group mentoring sessions with the music industry's top musicians, composers and arrangers

  • Weekly private mentoring

  • Student memberships to ASMAC (American Society of Music Arrangers & Composers)

  • Presenters in virtual master class conference events

  • Original compositions performed live in concert
